Ingredients

  • Butter or Pam for greasing
  • 3 frozen cinnamon rolls
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream or half-and-half
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1-2 tsp milk

Instructions

  • Lightly grease a small 5×7 baking dish or Pyrex dish with butter or Pam
  • Lay the three frozen cinnamon rolls in the dish, cover with foil
  • For an easy breakfast, let them rest in the fridge overnight
  • Otherwise cover and let them thaw and rise until almost doubled in size
  • When ready to bake, preheat the oven to 350°F
  • Pour 1/4 cup of cream into the bottom of the baking pan, ensuring the rolls are evenly coated
  • Bake uncovered for 16-18 minutes, or until the rolls are fully baked through and golden
  • While the rolls are baking, prepare the icing
  • In a small bowl, combine the powdered sugar, vanilla, and 1-2 tsp of milk—just enough to make the icing spreadable
  • Adjust consistency as needed
  • Remove the cinnamon rolls from the oven and immediately spread the icing over the warm rolls
  • Serve them warm for the best results!
