I used a turkey breast roast by Butterball but I am sure there are more brands out there. They’ve been in the freezer section and Thanksgiving. The included gravy packet makes finishing the meal even easier, just heat, pour, and enjoy. Of course making your own gravy is an option too!

Turkey Breast Roast
Ingredients
- 1 turkey breast roast with gravy packet
- Vegetable oil or preferred cooking oil
Instructions
- Thaw the turkey breast roast in the refrigerator for about 24 hours
- Preheat the oven to 325°F
- Open the turkey breast roast over the sink
- Remove the gravy packet carefully and set it aside
- Place the roast in a small baking dish
- Loosen the string netting around the roast without cutting or removing it
- Pat the roast dry and spray or rub it with oil
- Place the baking dish in the oven and bake uncovered for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F
- Rinse the gravy packet, place it in a bowl, and refrigerate until needed
- When the roast reaches 165°F remove it from the oven
- Cover the roast loosely with foil and let it rest for 15 minutes
- Prepare the gravy according to the directions on the packet
- After resting cut and remove the netting from the roast
- Slice the turkey and serve with the prepared gravy
