Lay the three frozen cinnamon rolls in the dish, cover with foil
For an easy breakfast, let them rest in the fridge overnight
Otherwise cover and let them thaw and rise until almost doubled in size
When ready to bake, preheat the oven to 350°F
Pour 1/4 cup of cream into the bottom of the baking pan, ensuring the rolls are evenly coated
Bake uncovered for 16-18 minutes, or until the rolls are fully baked through and golden
While the rolls are baking, prepare the icing
In a small bowl, combine the powdered sugar, vanilla, and 1-2 tsp of milk—just enough to make the icing spreadable
Adjust consistency as needed
Remove the cinnamon rolls from the oven and immediately spread the icing over the warm rolls
Serve them warm for the best results!
