Tender beef is tossed in a simple marinade and left to rest. It’s then mixed with broccoli and roasted in the oven on a sheet pan.

You’ll enjoy the easy prep as much as the easy cooking. In fact the hardest part is probably the marination time. And that’s just waiting.

What You Need to Make Sheet Pan Beef and Broccoli

This one is so easy to make you but you do need a couple of special ingredients. The recipe is so tasty those ingredients won’t go to waste because you’ll make this recipe again and again.

  • beef steak
  • broccoli florets
  • oyster sauce
  • low sodium soy sauce
  • sesame oil
  • brown sugar
  • minced garlic

What Kind Of Beef Do You Need?

Flank steak is primo in this recipe, it’s lean. And when sliced across the grain and marinated it’s tender too.

But you can use any lean beef steak, like a sirloin or even something like a round steak. What you really need is to be able to slice it very thin.

Chuck roast or steak is probably too fatty for this kind of preparation. And it’s hard to slice very thin.

What to Serve With This Easy Beef and Broccoli

Plan on serving this with rice, these single serve pouches make rice so easy. Or serve it over noodles. Any kind will do!

If you’re low carb or don’t want to use either of those options, you can serve it hot over raw shredded cabbage for more of an eggroll in a bowl recipe. This is just ground beef, coleslaw mix and seasoning quickly pan-fried together. SO GOOD!

Spoon dripping marinade over the steak.
