Ingredients

  • 3 large flour tortillas
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked and shredded chicken
  • 2 jalapeño peppers finely chopped
  • 6 oz cream cheese softened
  • 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 3/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 3/4 tsp onion powder
  • 3 pcs bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • pinch of pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Optional: fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  • Combine the cream cheese, mozzarella, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl

  • Mix until smooth and creamy using a stand or hand mixer

  • Fold the tortilla in half and repeat with the remaining tortillas

  • Heat a small amount of oil in a pan over medium heat
  • Place a quesadilla in the pan and cook until the bottom is crispy and golden brown, about 2-3 minutes
