Ingredients
- 3 large flour tortillas
- 1 1/2 cups cooked and shredded chicken
- 2 jalapeño peppers finely chopped
- 6 oz cream cheese softened
- 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
- 3/4 tsp garlic powder
- 3/4 tsp onion powder
- 3 pcs bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 tsp salt
- pinch of pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Optional: fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Combine the cream cheese, mozzarella, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl

- Mix until smooth and creamy using a stand or hand mixer

- Stir in the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, and chopped jalapeño peppers until well incorporated

- Lay a tortilla flat and spread a thick layer of the filling over half of it

- Fold the tortilla in half and repeat with the remaining tortillas

- Heat a small amount of oil in a pan over medium heat
- Place a quesadilla in the pan and cook until the bottom is crispy and golden brown, about 2-3 minutes

- Flip and cook the other side until golden brown

- Repeat with the remaining quesadillas
