What You Need To Make These Pinwheels

Here’s what you’ll need for this recipe. Try to stick with burrito-size tortillas for easy rolling and better slices.

  • flour tortillas- use a gluten-free wrap or tortilla if you need to
  • cream cheese – softened
  • mayonnaise
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • crumbled cooked bacon-buy precooked bacon if you like
  • deli turkey
  • provolone cheese
  • tomato
  • lettuce leaves

You can change these up based on what you have. Use turkey bacon if that’s your thing, or add ham if you want more layers. The base recipe works either way.

You can also make these for a party and serve them as appetizers. Just make a directed, slice and serve on a tray. They’re always a popular party food!

To Store

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge. They make great lunches, and the texture holds up for a few days.

If you’re meal prepping, go ahead and pack them up in single-serve containers for grab-and-go meals.
