- 3 large flour tortillas (burrito-size recommended)
- 4 oz cream cheese softened
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 4 slices cooked bacon crumbled
- 6 slices deli turkey
- 9 slices provolone cheese
- 1 large tomato thinly sliced
- 3-4 fresh romaine lettuce leaves
In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper
Mix until smooth and creamy
Lay one tortilla flat on a clean surface
Spread 2–3 tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the tortilla
Sprinkle one-third of the crumbled bacon over the spread
Layer 2 slices of deli turkey and 2–3 slices of provolone cheese down the center
Add a few tomato slices and a layer of romaine lettuce
Roll the tortilla tightly from one end to the other
Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas and ingredients
Place the rolled tortillas in the freezer for 10 minutes to firm up
Slice each roll into 5–6 pinwheels using a sharp knife
Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to enjoy
