Small Batch Bisquick Biscuits

This recipe makes 4 biscuits if you use a 2 inch biscuit cutter. But you can easily make two larger biscuits or drop biscuits if you prefer.

2 inch biscuit cutter
- 1 cup Bisquick baking mix
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/2 TBSP oil we use light olive oil
preheat oven to 450°
put the baking mix in a bowl
add the milk and oil
stir to combine
gather all the dough together in the bowl
lightly dust your counter with a pinch of extra Bisquick
lay the dough on the counter and flatten it and fold it over on itself 6-8 times
then pat out and cut 3 2-inch biscuits
gather the scraps and push them together, cut one more biscuit
lay the biscuits on the baking sheet
bake at 450° for 10-12 minutes or until the biscuits are browned and baked through
serve hot
