These biscuit peach turnovers are a quick and delicious way to enjoy summer’s favorite fruit! Flaky biscuit dough wraps around a warm, cinnamon-spiced peach filling, creating handheld treats perfect for breakfast, dessert or an afternoon snack.

1 can Grands biscuits or store brand works just find 20 ounce peach pie filling you may have some leftover, use it on oatmeal or freeze it for later 1 tsp cinnamon Icing Ingredients: 1/2 cup powdered sugar 2 tsp milk
Turnovers
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside
Dump a can of pie filling into a small bowl
use kitchen scissors to cut the peach slices into small pieces
Add cinnamon to pie filling and mix until well incorporated
Set the biscuit dough on the prepared sheet
Using your finger press out the biscuits rounds until they're about 4 across
Divide the pie filling to each biscuit, don't add too much, you will have some leftover pie filling
Fold the biscuits over to make a half circle
Press sides together with a fork
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown across the top
cool slightly
While the pies are cooling make the icing
In a small bowl add the powdered sugar and whisk in just enough milk to drizzle
When the hand pies have cooled to your liking drizzle icing over each turnover
If you like you can cool them completely before icing, just don't make the icing until you're ready to ice
