1 1/2 cups cooked rice can be any kind of rice you have or want to use 15 1/2 ounce can Ranch Beans or use any beans you prefer, be sure to get some with seasonings or flavor in them 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese 1 cup chopped lettuce 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes 1 avocado, chopped 2 TBSP sour cream
heat the rice until hot and divide between two bowls
heat beans and divide between the two bowls of rice
top with cheese, lettuce, diced tomato
cut the avocado in half, pit it, and cut in chunks and add to the top of the bowls
top with sour cream
serve with your favorite taco sauce, pico de gallo, or salsa
