Equipment

  • 1 or 1 1/2 quart baking dish you can use a loaf pan if you like

  • 1/2 cup Bisquick baking mix
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup salted butter melted
  • 1/4 tsp grated nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 15 ounce canned peaches you can use sliced or diced

Instructions

  • preheat the oven to 375°
  • put the baking mix, cinnamon, nutmeg, milk, and melted butter in the baking dish
Bisquick in a dish with spices.
  • stir together, it will be a little lumpy, but that's ok
  • drain the peaches, you can save the juice or syrup as desired, the peaches don't need to be patted dry, just drain them
  • put the peaches in a small mixing bowl, add enough of the sugar to the peaches so they're sweet, a little sweeter than you would want to eat, don't worry that sugar will actually work really well in the cobbler topping, trust me
