Baked Ranch Chicken
This zesty ranch chicken is quick and easy to prepare. This recipe utilizes chicken tenderloins for a super quick dinner on the run.

- 1 pound chicken tenderloins
- 2 TBSP ranch mix powder
- 1 tsp parsley flakes
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 1/2 TBSP light olive oil
preheat the oven to 350°
lightly oil a baking sheet and set aside
pat the chicken tenderloins dry
toss the chicken with the oil
mix the ranch powder and the paprika together
sprinkle half of the ranch powder over the chicken and toss to coat
sprinkle with the remaining powder and toss again to coat completely
lay the chicken tenderloin out on the baking sheet
bake 18-20 minutes or until the chicken is baked through, if needed check the tenderloins for doneness, they should read 165° on a digital thermometer
