Baked Ranch Chicken

This zesty ranch chicken is quick and easy to prepare. This recipe utilizes chicken tenderloins for a super quick dinner on the run.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound chicken tenderloins
  • 2 TBSP ranch mix powder
  • 1 tsp parsley flakes
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 1/2 TBSP light olive oil

Instructions
 

  • preheat the oven to 350°
  • lightly oil a baking sheet and set aside
  • pat the chicken tenderloins dry
  • toss the chicken with the oil
  • mix the ranch powder and the paprika together

  • sprinkle half of the ranch powder over the chicken and toss to coat
  • sprinkle with the remaining powder and toss again to coat completely

  • lay the chicken tenderloin out on the baking sheet

  • bake 18-20 minutes or until the chicken is baked through, if needed check the tenderloins for doneness, they should read 165° on a digital thermometer
