Peppermint Oreo truffles are a festive, no-bake treat made with crushed Oreos, cream cheese, and a hint of peppermint, coated in white chocolate. They’re perfect for holiday gatherings or gifting!

18 regular oreos 4 oz softened cream cheese 1 tsp peppermint extract 8 oz white melting chocolate 1/4 C crushed candy canes
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper
Place the Oreo cookies in the bowl of a food processor and pulse until finely ground
Add the cream cheese and pulse until the mixture is well combined and smooth
Using a small ice cream scooper, scoop out 12 balls shape one into a ball using your hands and roll into a ball, place onto cookie sheet
Repeat steps until all dough is used
Place the cookie balls in the freezer until well chilled, at least 1 hour.
Using a double boiler, melt the white chocolate and mix until smooth
Remove Oreo cookie truffles from freezer and dip in melted chocolate.
Place back onto baking sheet and top with crushed candy canes
Allow chocolate to harden before enjoying
