This crispy baked "oven fried" chicken is tender and flavorful and the perfect dinner for two!

- 2 chicken thighs boneless, skinless
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs Progresso Italian Bread Crumbs
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 2 TBSP butter
preheat oven to 375°
line a small baking sheet with aluminum foil
mix the bread crumbs, herbs, and spices together
melt the butter
pat the chicken dry
coat one thigh in the chicken with butter
press the coated chicken into the bread crumbs mixture, flip and coat the other side
place the chicken on the prepared baking sheet
repeat with the other chicken thigh
if there are any places where the crumbs didn't stick press some leftover crumbs on the spot
don't pour the remaining crumbs over the chicken, it can keep the crumsb from crisping up
drizzle any leftover butter over the top of the coated chicken
bake the chicken at 375° for 20-24 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through, or a digital thermometer ready 165°
serve hot
