- 1 cup marinated mozzarella balls
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 2 tbsp marinade from mozzarella balls
- 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp fresh thyme leaves and soft stems only
- ½ tsp salt
Slice the mozzarella balls in half and place them in a salad bowl
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and add them to the bowl
Mix marinade, vinegar, black pepper, and garlic powder together in a small bowl
Chop the thyme and add it to the marinade, then stir to combine
Pour the marinade over the salad and stir to coat
Cover tightly and refrigerate for 30 minutes
