Ingredients

  • 1 cup marinated mozzarella balls
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp marinade from mozzarella balls
  • 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp fresh thyme leaves and soft stems only
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions

  • Slice the mozzarella balls in half and place them in a salad bowl

  • Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and add them to the bowl

  • Mix marinade, vinegar, black pepper, and garlic powder together in a small bowl
  • Chop the thyme and add it to the marinade, then stir to combine
  • Pour the marinade over the salad and stir to coat
    Spoon scooping mozzarella and tomato salad.
  • Cover tightly and refrigerate for 30 minutes
